This conference is designed for professionals involved in all aspects of coaching and mentoring:

  • Business Coaches and Mentors
  • Corporate Executives
  • Coaching Schools
  • Coaching Firms
  • Coaching Brokerages
  • HR Organizations

PCMA is proud to present you with leading innovators who are shaping the future and adding to our body of knowledge. Following each keynote there is the option of a facilitated dialogue session to deepen your connection to the material presented.

  • David Rock: Coaching with the Brain in Mind
International authority and author David Rock will address the application of brain research to leadership and coaching, drawing on an understanding of the brain, combined with positive psychology, systems theory, learning theory and change theory.
  • Susan Gantt: Making Common Sense Common: A Systems-Centered Approach to Coaching Individuals and Teams
Dr. Gantt will draw on 20 years experience researching and developing System-Centered Training (called SCT) to introduce a map for planning change strategies sequentially, related to phases of development. Important to coaches, consultants and managers, learn how to weaken the relevant restraining forces and release inherent driving forces to support systemic change in individuals and teams.
  • David Isaacs, Co-Founder: World Café: Taking PCMA Forward
Come experience the World Café hosted by one of its co-founders, David Isaacs, co author of The World Café: Shaping Our Futures Through Conversations That Matter. He will demonstrate how hosting, designing and convening conversations around questions that matter will awaken PCMA’s group intelligence and create new knowledge through meaningful dialogue.
  • Dr. Don Beck & Mike Jay: Spiral Dynamics Integral for Coaches, Consultants & Mentors
These leading global authorities on value systems, societal change and stratified democracy will expand your knowledge of the adult developmental theory known as Spiral Dynamics™ and explore how it reveals the hidden complexity codes that shape human nature and interactions.
  • John King and Dave Logan: Tribal Leadership: How Successful Groups Form Great Organizations
John King and Dave Logan will be introducing the view of organizations as tribes. As they say, “put a person in GE and he’ll find his tribe (between 20 and 150 people) or wander as an outcast until he’s fired or quits.” The purpose of Tribal Leadership is for leaders to change the DNA of a group, engineering “greatness” into the tribal code.  This process requires a new kind of coaching and mentoring, which is the focus of their presentation
  • Dr. William Bergquist: Finding the Synergy: Blending Results of Myers-Briggs, SDI and the Enneagram
Dr. William Bergquist is an international coach and consultant, professor in the fields of psychology, management and public administration, and author of more than 40 books.  His key note focuses on his work and experience in blending the results of these three assessments to elevate the coaching process.
  • Wendy Palmer: Leading from the Center, Uncovering the Body’s Knowledge of Leadership and Inspiration
Wendy is a sixth degree Black Belt in Aikido and author of The Intuitive Body: Aikido as a Clairsentient Practice and The Practice of Freedom: Aikido Principles as a Spiritual Guide. Her session will close the conference and focus on the dynamics of mind/body wisdom as it relates to everyday leadership, our capacity to act with more integrity and our ability to influence the world.
  • Maria Nemeth: Would it Be All Right if Coaching Got Easier?
  • Dick Ferrington, Paul Higuchi, Greg Giuliano: A Panel—Current Perspectives in Corporate Coaching
  • Chris Fernie: Bones, Breath and Chi in Coaching: Connecting to Your Client with Vitality and Clarity
  • Paul Walker: Storms and Clearings: Poetry to Unleash Genius
  • Ed Correira: Mobile Connectivity and Productivity Outside the Office
  • Brian Underhill, PhD and Kimcee McAnally, Ph.D.: Measuring Impact in Executive Coaching
