VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES

Calling all members!

Take your involvement with PCMA to a new level and get involved as a volunteer with PCMA’s 10th Annual Conference: Conversations that Shape the Future. There are opportunities that fit a wide variety of interests and time commitments. If there is something you would like to do, even if it is not listed here, please let us know!

PRIOR TO THE CONFERENCE
 
Marketing of the Conference:  

Work with our Marketing & Sponsorship Team to help us implement our marketing plan to reach business coaches and executives. Encourage current PCMA members to register.
     
Sponsorship and Exhibits:  

Work with our Marketing & Sponsorship Team to generate conference sponsors and exhibitors.
     
Speaker Relationships:  

Work with our Speaker Support Team and build a relationship with one of our key note or distinguished speakers prior to the conference.
     

DURING THE CONFERENCE
 
Hospitality & Member Experience:  

Greet PCMA members and guests, work with our Member Experience & Hospitality Team to give all our attendees a wonderful welcome. Greet prospective members and talk to them about joining PCMA.
     
Speaker Relationship & Room Hosts  

As part of our Speaker Support Team, welcome session attendees, introduce your speaker, make sure they have their presentation needs covered and collect session evaluations.
     
Bookstore Hosts:  

As part of our Bookstore Team, assist in the PCMA Bookstore during the peak buying times.
     
Floaters  

As an adjunct to the Conference Planning Team, assist in the conference flow where needed.
