PCMA believes in fostering close working relationships between its members and service providers. Refreshment breaks and luncheons will be served in the exhibit area to provide maximum exposure to exhibitors. And, exhibitors are invited to attend the Conference as full attendees during non-exhibiting hours. Reach these participants:

Exhibits will be located in the Veranda or the pre-function areas of the Hotel Sofitel.  To ensure maximum exposure for exhibitors, food service (coffee breaks, continental breakfasts, one lunch) will be located in and around the exhibit areas.

Exhibit registrations must be received by September 14, 2007

Exhibit fee of $750 includes:

• 6 ft skirted table
• Registration fee for one person, which includes access to all sessions and meals
• Exhibitor may have one staffer, included in $750 price (additional exhibitor attendees are $445 for PCMA members; $595 for non-members)
• Exhibitor to provide own signage and materials
• Exhibitors may use pop-up booths and other displays, as long as they fit on top of a six foot table
• Internet access and power will be available at an extra fee
